Terms of sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.
Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
You can return any item within 15 days of receipt for a refund of that item.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Please note that the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
International returns must be delivered within 15 days of receipt through parcel post or courier to the address below:

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
I received the wrong item

Discount code & voucher
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Deliveries will be made within 7 working days (excluding weekends) by our courier.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
We are totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers.
We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you.
We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission.
Communication & marketing
If you have made a purchase from our store we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail, post & telephone.
If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us and/or selected third parties you should opt-out by visiting ‘Your Details’ in ‘Your Account’ on our website.

Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity – a credit check is not performed and your credit rating is unaffected.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
